If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call the clinic at (03) 5413-0082.
Please keep in mind that No show or last minute cancellations leave our physician
with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in but could have made it.
Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice.Service will be cancelled at no charged
• Less than 24 hours notice.20% of the service price will be charged
• Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations

100% of the service price will be charged
