Cancellation Policy
At Tokyo Midtown Skin Aesthetic Clinic Noage, we accept appointment cancellations or changes up to two business days before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that cancellations made after business hours two business days before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
- 10% of the scheduled service fee
- A flat rate of ¥5,500 if the service details have not yet been confirmed
- A flat rate of ¥1,100 for touch-ups or follow-up appointments
100% of the service price will be charged
Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened, or the content of the service may need to be adjusted.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
